Architecture and a 12-person team for a Medicaid managed-care organization in North Carolina: automated financial reporting and remittance-advice verification, AI-assisted documentation of undocumented stored procedures, and the pattern for EDI claims modernization.

For a state Medicaid agency modernizing a multi-vendor data platform: ownership of 365 non-functional requirements, KPI and SLA frameworks tied to liquidated damages, HIPAA audit evidence, and a traceability pipeline from Azure DevOps into the state's Jama format.

Co-designed and ran the Architecture Review Board for the State of New Mexico's HHS 2020 / MMISR modernization, bringing Medicaid, behavioral health, and child welfare under one governance process that still serves as the model.
